What to Include
- The exact URL of the article you are writing about.
- A short description of the issue — a factual error, a broken link, an accessibility problem, or general feedback.
- A link to a primary source (MSBSHSE notice, government release, or verified news source) when you report a factual correction.
- Your name and email so we can respond and, if appropriate, credit the correction.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge messages within two to three working days. Corrections about a rapidly evolving story are prioritised. Response time can be longer during examination and result windows.
Please Do Not Send
- Your HSC seat number, roll number, marksheet, Aadhaar number, DigiLocker password or payment details. We do not need them and we cannot fetch, correct or reissue an individual result.
- Confidential documents belonging to another student.
- Threats, abuse or repeated identical messages.

- Your junior college examination office — the first point of contact for any candidate-level query.
- The relevant MSBSHSE divisional board office when your school directs you there.
- The official portals: mahahsscboard.in, mahresult.nic.in, hscresult.mkcl.org and DigiLocker.
